Composition

  • Water-dilutable product.
  • Product based on acrylic dispersion.
  • The product contains colored quartz sand and mica in natural colors.

Unique features

  • Exceptionally high resistance to weather conditions thanks to the use of resin with the highest resistance to photo-aging.
  • Very durable aggregate colors due to the application of suitable lightfast coatings.
  • 32 colors from our palette.
  • Protected against biological actions – mosses and lichens.
  • Short drying time on the wall to prevent issues caused by changing weather conditions.
  • The finish composition is selected to ensure maximum color protection against ultraviolet radiation.

Additional information

  • Product based on acrylic dispersion resistant to aging, clouding, and water action.
  • Extended open time facilitating texturing.
  • Quick drying reduces the risk of wash-off by rain.
  • Meticulously mix until a consistent texture is achieved. Do not add water during mixing. Avoid aerating the plaster by using excessively high mixer speeds. Do not overmix.
  • Do not add any accelerators, retarders, or other additives to the plaster.
  • Substrates, listed below, must be dry, clean, load-bearing, and free from contaminants, dust, greasy spots, form release agents, and any substances that can reduce adhesion or cause discoloration on the dried plaster surface.
  • Concrete – poured at least a month before plaster application. Clean the surface from form release agents, rinse with water, and wait until dry.
  • Cement plasters – applied at least a week before plastering.
  • Reinforcing layer with filler – clean and dry.
  • Thin-layer plasters / Painted surfaces / Other mineral surfaces – clean, dry, and strong.
  • Priming – prime all surfaces tinted to the appropriate color to equalize substrate absorbency, enhance adhesion, improve texturing, extend the open time of the applied plaster, and match the color of the dried plaster.
  • Apply the plaster continuously, always working towards the fresh edge of previously applied plaster to avoid visible joints. Use existing architectural lines and wall edges to eliminate visible plaster joins.
  • Application – exclusively using a trowel: apply the plaster with a clean, stainless trowel to a thickness of approx. 1.5-2 mm. After applying, scrape off excess plaster with the trowel for even thickness and smoothen with fluid movements. Connect working areas only when wet. Make cut-offs at corners, breaks, etc.
  • The plaster dries within 6-8 hours under normal conditions (20°C, 60% air humidity). The plaster binder becomes transparent during setting. The milky color of the wet layer is a natural feature of the product.
  • Drying time depends on temperature and humidity, substrate properties, and plaster thickness. Avoid applying in conditions of high humidity, rain, fog, and low temperatures. Extended drying time under such conditions prevents the coating from achieving intended parameters.
  • Immediately clean tools and construction equipment with water after use or contamination.
  • Dried material can only be removed mechanically.
  • Collect fresh material with a soft, cotton cloth. Collect dried material and dispose of as waste.
  • Recycle used primer containers and unused buckets according to local waste management regulations.
  • The product should be stored in tightly sealed buckets, in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 5-25°C, protected from direct sunlight.
  • Shelf life of the product in originally sealed buckets: 12 months from the production date.
  • Apply primer only when the substrate and surrounding temperature is above 5°C and below 30°C. Maintain this temperature during plaster drying as well.
  • Do not apply plaster when air humidity exceeds 80%, during precipitation, strong winds, or on a wall exposed to direct sunlight. Such conditions must be maintained for at least 24 hours after plaster application.
  • The plaster should not be used on horizontal surfaces exposed to weather elements or on surfaces continuously exposed to water.
  • The product is water-dilutable. Use while adhering to safety guidelines for construction chemicals. Follow the product data sheet instructions.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation in the application area. It’s recommended to wear protective eyewear and gloves while working with the product. Change into clean work clothes if they get dirty.
  • SKIN CONTACT: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.
  • EYE CONTAMINATION: Rinse immediately and thoroughly with running water (for 5-10 minutes) and seek medical attention.
  • BREATHING DIFFICULTIES: Immediately move the affected person to fresh air and seek medical attention.
  • HYGIENE: Wash hands after working with the product and wash work clothes after finishing the job.
